Lunch break at PSU

I'm taking a class at PSU for two weeks, and will have an hour lunch each day. I'll brown-bag probably about half the time, but I want to go out too! I already know about Cha Cha Cha and Karam. Is there anywhere else in the area (vegetarian friendly, please) that I shouldn't miss?

Thanks!

    I have three fantastic recommendations:

    1. New Taste of India Cart in a parking lot on the 1900 block of 4th Ave: Vegetarian special is among best in town.

    2. Mexican cart right nearby: Chile Relleno burrito is awesome.

    3. D&N Thai food across from St. Mary's Academy: Fantastic vegetarian curries and noodles.

      Hot Pot City (Their website is on the fritz, so here's the citysearch link: http://portland.citysearch.com/profil...

      )

      Tom's 1st Ave Bento (1236 SW 1st Ave)

      Thanh-Long (corner of SW College and Broadway - right across from campus) is pretty good Vietnamese, but don't know about vegetarian selections.
