Was she not a member of the Quebec cheese-making Saputo family? When I initially saw the quaere I was sure that I read something to that effect in the Edmonton Journal. Thu Jul 19 06:35:40 -0700 2007 2763461 14314 Bob Mac 1 3111604 Former owner Emanuela Leoni of Camrose told me in 2006 that she was taking on partners, but when I phoned her in the spring of 2007, she said she had actually sold the operation to someone in the BC interior (Creston, I believe, but I'm not sure) and that she was consulting for them. No word since, but try phoning her (her husband still has a Camrose listing). If you have since found anything out, please let me know. I'd love to get some!
