Sausage Casings - Where can I get them?

My father-in-law is sending me a Kitchen Aid grinder attachment so that I can make sausages, therefore I would appreciate the names of places in Manhattan (or Brooklyn) that sell casings. Also, I would be grateful if someone could outline the advantages and disadvantages of the different types of casings.

Esposito Pork Store on 9th @38th. Believe there's one in Brooklyn as well, but don't know where it is and not sure if it's the same owners.
