WHITE RIVER/HANOVER
I am looking for suggestions for the White River-West Leb-Hanover area: we need vegetarian options, and we like comfort food or ethnic. Has Taste of Africa reopened?!

Check Yama just over the bridge into W. Leb, with a range of vegetarian options--the soft tofu chigae is high on the comfort level.
Taste of Africa has a well-attended stand at the Norwich Farmer's Market on Saturdays and I'm sure they are still running their catering operation.
Most of the joints around here have at least one vegetarian option, though not always enough to make an enjoyably varied meal.

Try Guzano's on the Miracle Mile in Lebanon NH. Authentic mexican. Service can be slow,and there is always a wait during the evenings but very good food.
Sorry, Taste of Africa is gone. There is a water/martini bar there now. Haven't tried it.LuiLui is Italian, right in West. Leb, near the Powerhouse Mall. Can be good, not too pricey.
