Bistro Margot ?

Went to this restaurant on Bastille Day. Was surprised to see that there was no sorbet offered for desert. I guess I could live with that but was disappointed that they offered no chesse course. To her credit, our server said that the chef would put one together for me. I declined because I was worried that it would be cheese leftovers. Has Bistro Margot gone cheeseless?

For Bastille day they might have a more limited menu than usual. It is a bit of a crazy event for French Bistros.
