posting problems

I am unable to post replies onthe message boards. I used to alwways be on the site, and with your new format, it is difficult.

Iwas told "make sure Javascript is enabled" ,by CH engineering.

I do not know what that means. Apologies- I am in the rest., biz and not a techie-far from it
How do I make sure "Javascript" is enabled?
