are there any decent Mexican restaurants in Queens? Need vegetarian options on the menu...

had some very nice veggie tacos (all the fixins, not just a fajita without the meat) at Taqueria Coatzingo on Roosevelt Ave in Jackson Heights. but if you don't want taqueria-style, here are some recenty discussed options:

de mole, a favorite of most/many sunnysiders.

you can get quesadillas/burritos and such without the meat fillings. the salsa and chips - really fresh and good. their rice & beans that accompany the entrees are so good, i think you can eat that alone. ok, maybe not, but this is def worth checking out for meat-eating mexican-food loving folks.

De Mole has spinach enchiladas and cactus burritos for vegetarians also.

The cactus burritos at De Mole are very tasty. A nice alternative to the usual veggie burrito offered at most Mexican places. As for non-veggie options at De Mole, everything is fabulous.

Yep, De Mole is great for Mex w/veg options, but it's BYOB and they charge $1.25 for each wine glass.
