The Pastry Shop - Queen East?

So there appears to be another new addition to the Riverside/Leslieville strip of Queen St. in the making. It's on the north side, just east of Broadview. Has anybody heard anything about it yet??

Oh I passed by this place over the weekend and thought it was an old sign from many years ago....it looked like it had been empty for a long time but perhaps I assumed wrong?

There is a note on the window that says "now hiring" so I assume that it is a new establishment that plans to open up relatively soon.
