He's usually there from approx 11-4 M-F, but it's not very dependable. It sort of varies from day to day. My advice is to walk by and he will give you a card. The food is fantastic though and all for under 5 dollars. Order the off-the-menu Roti Curry for a filling meal or the Idly Lunch for a really big one.
