Is anyone currently offering all you can eat king crab legs in the Twin Cities? They offer them at Great Moon, but they only give you two or three pieces every thirty minutes or so. Looking for a place to get stuffed on king crab when necessary. Thanks.

  1. Tria in North Oaks just started serving them as a special on Friday nights. They are served with buckets of corn on the coband red potatoes. I believe they're priced in the $30 range. I have not tried them, so can't tell you much about them. I have eaten at Tria on 3 other occasions, 2 good and 1 not so good. There is a new chef there again, Shelagh Connolly from Mildred Pierce, which prompted the new menu. I think it's worth a try if you're in the area.

    1. Perhaps check with the Cherokee Sirloin Room? I remember them having a weekly AYCE special on crab legs, but that was a while ago.

Wednesday nights at Cherokee but that's snow crab. It's very, very good snow crab legs. I can't imagine all-you-can-eat king crab legs -- I thought all-you-can-eat king crab was reserved for Vegas and those kinds of places.

Looking at the Bar Abilene website, I see that the hours are different than those in the link. Wednesdays and Thursdays, 5 p.m. - 8 p.m.

        1. Every 3 mos I get my fix of crab at Mystic Lake's seafood buffet. Around $25, and you get oysters and other seafood. They do a nice job w the crab (snow crab, but nice ones)

          1. We have eaten crab all over the world and the best king crab buffet can be found 65 miles away in Turtle Lake, Wi at St Croix Casino every Thursday night from 4 pm till 11. You will have no regrets. $20
