Eating alone at a Steakhouse

Just wondering, what are the best steakhouses in town where I can sit at the bar and order from the main dinner menu?

U have done it at the Prime Grill - always seems like people are at the bar - the steaks are excellent -

Try Striphouse. I've eaten at the bar - and there were other solo diners. Made for nice conversation.

I was at Porterhouse Fri night and I can confirm that the bar scen was lively and perfect for a solo diner. I plan to try the bar area soon.

BLT Steak gets a little crowded, but it too has a lively bar scene and may people eat at the bar--go at an off time to avoid the crush at peak times, mid week especially. I like the food at BLT Steak more than Porterhouse. But either can work.

Keens steakhouse plus their bar menu also has a few specialty items not included in their dinner menu.

I have to second Keen's. Great atmosphere, solid food, scotch whiskey you can't get anywhere else. Usually interesting people at the bar too.
