Brewing beer, curing meat, or making cheese? Tell us about it

I'm going to be in Dublin and more particularily in Monkstown in a couple of weeks and I was wondering if anyone has any thoughts or experience with respect to the following restaurants:

FXB Monkstown
Martello-Dun Laoghaire
King Sitric-Howth

Would highly recommend Cavistons! It specialises in fresh fish - it used to just do lunch but think maybe it now does dinner as well. Booking is essential! They also have a great fish shop - dont know if you will have cooking facilities or not. FXB is part of a chain of steakhouses - I have never been, I get the impression they are fairly ok-ish - dont know if I would bother. King Sitric is another well-known and long established fish restaurant (it is on the other side of the city but you can get the DART if you wish to go there - I haven't been but its on my list), but you MUST go to Cavistons! Monkstown village itself is lovely.

To add to my previous reply - I have just been looking at menupages.ie and FXB's gets rave reviews so maybe I have done it an injustice! Have a look for yourself!
