Birthday Dinner--Tower Bar?

My birthday is next week and the bf is taking me out for a nice dinner. We made reservations at Tower Bar because it's the only romantic/swanky restaurant I can think of that I haven't been to. Any suggestions on what to get? Or are there any restaurants off the beaten path we should look into? Thanks in advance!
