I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for cookbooks that showcase the regional foods of the south, not just the typical general recipes, but books that really address the distinct regions. I am in Athens, Georgia and particularly interested in regional foods of Georgia, but books that cover a wider geographical area are welcome, too. Thanks for your suggestions!
