Saigon Grill on University- still on strike?

I am planning on meeting some people for dinner at the Saigon Grill on University and 11th Street, but I am unable to cross a picket line. Anyone knows if the strikes continues? If it does, any suggestions for affordable Vietnamese close by that is NOT Lannan?

Thanks

I got some take-out yesterday and there were no picket lines in sight ...

they were as of two weeks ago. i'd call and ask if they are delivering again. if they say no, that probably means there is still a strike. the picketers are not there all the time. no suggestions on other affordable vietnamese, unfortunately.

agreed. the one on the upper west side only has protesters on busy nights like fridays and saturdays. they are still not delivering -- meaning the protest is still going on. but then i haven't been to the one on university.

I just walked by the one on University and there were plenty of picketers outside. I'm still boycotting.

I can't think of any other Vietnamese, but if you would like Thai, I recomend Galanda on 4th street off Washington Square West.
