Le Cordon Bleu - Dallas?

birddogfoodie Jul 12, 2007 07:16 PM

I noticed that they are building a Le Cordon Bleu on 635 @ Webb Chapel (on the east bound side). I have not spent much time researching it so forgive me if this is silly question. Do they offer "just for fun" classes?
Has anyone else heard/read about this? I drive by all the time and I think they just put up the sign this week.

I think that it's great! I would love to take a couple of classes if they offer a short workshop.

Yeah I heard the director say that they were opening a campus here in Dallas at the StarChefs event. No clue whether they'll offer recreational classes, though.
