Dinner in Baltimore - which to choose?

Want to go somewhere I haven't been yet for my birthday. I'm thinking Aldo's, Pazza Luna or Bicycle. Which would you choose? I'm open to other suggestions too. Price isn't much of an object. Nothing Asian but anything else is fair game.

Been to the Cindy Wolf trilogy, Salt, Jack's, Kalis, Brass Elephant, all of the steakhouses and Oregon Grill.

I'd highly recommend the Bicycle. Can't really go wrong with any of their choices. Eclectic food and a semi-casual atmosphere. Also, for something more upscale, try Corks. More expensive and more formal, but it's no where near as exclusive as, say, Charlestons. The only other place which pops into mind is Nasu Blanca. Know that you're not into Asian, but this place is a mix between Japanese and Spanish influences. Don't worry, it's not fusion cuisine, just separate dishes reflecting their respective cuisine. And, happy birthday!

I agree...though I have to say that I enjoyed Bicycle more than Corks, and the lower prices were just gravy.

I'd go with Bicycle, I really love their food and the vibe is always a good tempo.

Have you been to Pazza Luna since the Sotto Sopra group took over? I haven't yet but I've read good things.

Also -- I'd put Chameleon Cafe up near the top of your list.
