For my money...one of the best Las Vegas steakhouses (even though it's a chain). My most recent visit was a 20 person 80th birthday party for my father. They could not have been nicer, terrific private room and extra service...and the food was excellent...especially the appetizers (shrimp remoulade was one of the best I've ever had) and the steaks were perfectly cooked and tasty. Also enjoyed the sides (chateau potatoes are really rich mashed potatoes...and also tried a very good version of au gratin...and the bread is very light, warm sesame seed studded goodness you rip instead of cut. It's a favorite of my parents...and we've tried The Palm, Smith & Wollensky, Morton's, N9ne, Delmonico's, Capital Grill, Charlie Palmer and Gallaghers over the years, and I would put Del Frisco's in the top 2 (N9ne may have been a bit better, but it's very close). Del Frisco's is about par for a steakhouse and Las Vegas...$40 or $50 a person w/o drinks...but certainly worth it.

      $40 or $50 per person w/o drinks? What, a steak and one side? I would think it's more like $75 - $85.

      Just from what I've seen.

just went a few months back. Had a huge lobster tail with our steaks. It was awesome! Definitely one of the better places for steaks in Vegas.
