I was working over in the NW Valley today and I noticed a restaurant that looked interesting...I decided to take a chance.....
VIT GOAL TOFU is a Korean BBQ/Sushi Restaurant......
I decided to go for one of the lunch specials...which was like a Bento Box....I picked for my main entree Gal bi (BBQ Short Ribs) they were served w/ Soup, a Salad a cold clear noodle side dish, a pickled cucumber side and a mayonaise based potato and apple salad almost like a waldorf salad......
The Gal bi was wonderful, tender and seasoned beautifully......
All the side dishes were tasty as well....loved the clear noodles.
Most of the other patrons were ordering either Noodle orTofu dishes......
Vit Goal Tofu offers 9 different Soft Tofu entrees..
As well as traditional Korean BBQ, Soups, Rice Dishes and Sushi.....
I will definitely be back!!!

I've been several times, and I like the place. Their mainstay seems to be a tofu soup that Koreans really like. Howevever, they have all of the 'standards' that you may be familiar with, also.
Recently, they've added an extensive sushi selection, and they have a photo menu of all of that variety that's amazing. The owner's son, who's the young man that oversees the dining room, said that it took them days to create that menu.
Their prices are reasonable, also.

I was impressed w/ their sushi menu it was beautiful!
They offer 48 different rolls!!!
The patrons @ lunch (mostly Korean) seemed to be eating Korean fare....next visit I will venture to the sushi menu...it looks great...very creative
