Last time I bought bresaola at the BHCS it was so oversalted I had to throw it away.

Monte Carlo delicatessen in Burbank (on Magnolia, within earshot of the siren song of Porto's Bakery) has it -- I have bought it on many occasions, when I've wanted it with shaved pecorino, good olive oil and lemon juice.
