Trader Joe's 'Truly Handmade' are my favorite.

Yeah, those are yummy. And I've had several cashiers stress the importance of refrigeration if you're not using them that day since they are fresh and handmade and will go moldy quickly.

Yes, I keep them in the fridge, and warm them as needed on a griddle or micro. However, for some reason in recent batches mold has been less of a problem. For example a package lasted nearly a week while camping without keeping them in cooler. May be they improved handling in the factory. They now come in a package with a zip closure.

If you need something with some preservatives one of the brands that Walmart carries is not half bad (Tio Pepe or something like that).

The tortilla factory in White Center has awesome flour tortilla's. Nice and strechy and flavorful.

Awesome. That's news to me. Do you have an address, or cross-streets, or a name so I can look it up? thanks.

Actually, I think it's South Park, not White Center. I'm not totally familiar with the area.

Guadalupe Market, 1111 SW 128th St (corner of Ambaum and SW 128th)
