I've been a long time customer of TJ's and have been happy with them. Their product has always been fresh and they are very helpful and willing to order anything. They also have a good selection of housemade and bottled sauces, etc. That said, I like Rex's on Lovers Lane just as well. Their product is just as fresh, customer service is great and they have some non seafood items I can't find at TJ's. When I'm being lazy (frequently) I will pick up thieir frozen homemade chicken and veal stock and they have other homemade items I've not tried yet such as gumbo, lobster bisque, etc. I think there are a couple of good spots out north but I can't remember the names. Hopefully someone will chime in.
