Vegan restaurants in Dallas?

I've heard of Cosmic Cafe although I haven't tried it. Are there any other chowhound vegans out there who love good food? It gets old going to whole foods for meals every time I want to go out.

You might also try Madras Pavilion on Coit & Beltline SE corner near whole foods. They are the truest South Indian in Dallas vegetarian and in fact Kosher.

In the same shopping center is Thai Soon vegetarian Thai (they do serve seafood). She has been in DFW for many years between her original lower greenville location and now coit and beltline.

Yes, that's it. They have a cool gift shop there too.

I also eat a lot of teriyaki bowls at Pei-Wei with veggies and tofu.

I'm not vegan, but eat that way quite often.
Kalachandji's has a veg buffet - usually something vegan...it's clearly labeled.

Spiral Diner is coming to Bishop Arts - it will be the only vegan place in town.

Reikyu at Mockingbird Station has veg sushi that's good.
