Penn Cove Shellfish

Is there anywhere on Whidbey Island that sells Penn Cove shellfish retail? Last time I was there, I went to Penn Cove looking to buy some oysters and mussles, but didn't see anywhere to purchase them. Any help would be appreciated!

You can generally find them at the Payless Supermarket in Freeland. Otherwise, go to the Fish Monger in Bayview or the Fish Store on Rte #20 in Oak Harbor. The name escapes me, but it's next to Applebee's.

Yes, Freeland and Bayview are on the southern half of the island, while Oak Harbor, the Island's largest city, is on the northern half.
