Question about Strip House Menu

Do they always have Prime Rib and the Bone=In Ribeye on a daily basis? Their menu online doesn't list them. Also has anyone tried the new potatoes romanoff (cheese, sour cream, green onions kinda like a casserole thing)? I never heard of them but I saw some people say they are a special side now and said they are better than the goose fat potatoes

I can't comment on the prime rib or ribeye, but the potatoes romanoff are SOOO much better than the goose fat potatoes. It's worth a trip there just to have them. :)

You must get the bone in rib eye, sometimes referred to as the cowboy steak. It is outstanding.

Yes I have heard great things about their bone-in ribeye and that is why i was wondering if they always offered it. Also, I have seen pictures of their 32 oz. prime rib and it looks amazing!

How is the filet mignon there? I'm going next Monday and I can't wait!

My friend had the filet mignon there with the bearnaise sauce. He loved it. (BTW, I recommend the stilton sauce over that).

I think the filet mignon is one of their best cuts. Most of the time, when I go to a steak house, I order the porterhouse, but at the Strip House I always get the filet.
