Cheap Chow in Maui?

I have a good sense of the best restaurants in Maui from research on Chowhound and elsewhere, but the budget really only allows for one blowout dinner. Any recommendations for cheap but yummy food (especially in/near Lahaina)? I've seen the recs for Aloha Mixed Plate and the Honokawai Okazuya - any other gems?

Thanks!

Saigon Cafe in Wailuku... no sign but you'll be able to find it because it has a christmas light star on top and a satellite dish in the parking lot. It's cheap and it's amazing.

The L&L( its a chain , one in the cannery mall) is cheap and consistent, not great but good. (mini mahi mahi)Star market (behind Longhi's kind of) has GREAT poki by the pound. Mommas Ribs is good, Maui tacos
Good cheap eats in Paaii town on the other side - bit of a trek but more options to dine inexpensively.

Honokawai Okazuya is still closed from a fire last month, however, the poke and fish sandwiches at the Fish Market a few doors down are very good. I'd also recommend Jawz Tacos (Kihei) for good fish tacos and burritos, like many mainland burrito places, but better for fish tacos and other seafood items. Aloha Mixed Plate (Lahaina) is also a good cheap eats spot with a great view.

Just called Honokowai Okazuya and the gentleman I spoke with said they would be re-opening on Monday, July 23rd! This is great news-because I'm going to be in Maui with my 8 month old in August and am looking forward to delicious take out.
