<content>Believe it or not, I love to simply mix ginger ale and rainbow sherbet. The ratio depends on your own taste, but I'm pretty sure 2 -2 liters of ginger ale go fine with about half gallon of sherbet.

I also do this "float" style one glass at a time.

<content>I got this great recipe from a nice hotel (can't remember the name) in Arizona. It is so good and very easy...

Sangria

	1/2 Gallon Lemonade
	1/2 Gallon OJ
	2 Cans Peach Nectar
	8 oz Brandy
	8 oz. Peach Schnapps
	2 bottles Cabernet Sauvignon

If you want to dress it up you can serve it with some chopped up (finely) fruit (berries, peaches, etc.).

<content>Thank you both so far; I have never even seen rainbow sherbet, and I will be putting this sangria down for my paella party later in August.
Any more out there?</content>

<content>This Champagne Punch is a universal hit. It is deliciously refreshing. I've made it many times and everyone loves it. And it's pretty, too.

Redcoat Rally Punch
