A place that is kinda on your way is on University between Priest and the 143 expressway is called Yvvone's cafe. We usually order a bunch of breakfast burritos for work. They have the typical sausage or bacon with egg and cheese, which comes with potatoes on the side. Or the office fav is the Southwest burrito which is chorizo, egg, cheese, and potato all in a burrito. These burritos are freshly made, and are very large. I'll be stuffed for breakfast and lunch. I usually call them on the way to work and they'll have it hot and ready on the counter within 5-10 minutes. I believe on Monday's they have burrito specials.

I stopped into Yvonne's and had the burrito with sausage, egg, cheese, and potato. It's one of the Monday specials for $1.99. The others just have a different meat, (bacon or ham)?
I thought it was respectable. Definately fresh, and well executed. However, not overly big, and kind of bland with mild sausage and very mild salsa. I just like things spicier. It's worth repeating that everything was very fresh.
Yvonne's is not open on Sat. or Sun. It's a breakfast, lunch, weekday kind of cafe, offering a fairly large selection of basic soups, salads, and sandwiches.

Bertha's and Acacia Cafe both have breakfast burritos. Ok, perhaps not what you're looking for.

I stopped in this morning to Acacia Cafe for a breakfast burrito and was not impressed, sad to say. The "south by southwest" ($3.75) has scrambled eggs, cheddar, carne adovada and pico de gallo. The meat was under-seasoned and since I did take-out, they did not include any salsa, which I guess I should have checked while leaving. Overall, it was just bland and I wouldn't order it again.
OTOH, the space is quite nice, clean and I'd definitely be willing to try it again for lunch.
