<content>Our synagogue wants to purchase kosher schmaltz herring in bulk for kiddushim. We're not interested in pickled herring that you can get anywhere. Just salty herring with a little oil -- prefer not to have it loaded it up with onions. Think old-style Russian schmaltz herring or what you get at an Israeli hotel for breakfast. Any suggestions?
