Lunch in Lower Westchester

I need a restaurant for this coming Tuesday around 1 P.M. for lunch. NOT very expensive (let's say $25.00 or so per person without liquor) and not adventurously ethnic (e.g. no Indian or Thai for example) maybe American (whatever that may count as) or Italian or Chinese.

I'm thinking North-end New Rochelle, Scarsdale, Hartsdale, Yonkers, White Plains something like that.

A place with food you really enjoy, not "Eh, we need something to eat let's go to the diner."

Thanks ahead of time to all responders!

So where did you go Allisondbl, and more importantly did you like it? I'm more and more unimpressed by the level of food served in Westchester for the prices charged.

All good suggestions although some a bit pricey. Still looking. So far Underhills Crossing found by me - http://www.underhillscrossing.com/index.cfm
      is the front runner.

And for those who check this post out, I assume that the MacMinemann's referenced above (Thank You jstroose) is this one: http://www.macmenaminsgrill.com/ which looks wonderful but way too pricey for this crew. Alley

Sam's on Gedney in White Plains has a very nice lunch.

Emilio's in Harrison used to have a good lunch, but I don't know if they are still good.

Both are not far off the White Plains exit of the Hutch.

Blue in White Plains has good lunch - some people rave about MacMinemann's (SP??) in New Rochelle
