Storing greenmarket onions

This is probably something I should know (and I should have asked this morning), but bought an awful lot of onions, garlic, scapes and the like at the greenmarket this a.m. (with the tops on). As they seem to have so much more liquid in them than ones I usually get (and because they're so much fresher), should I be storing them differently than I typically would?

yes, i'd say any fresh onions with greens attached should be stored in the refrigerator - they keep really well wrapped in plastic - but if they get a little soft just peel off a layer or two.
