I was told they will be doing mock dinners on Monday,Tuesday and Wednesday with the investors dinner on Thursday and then thye will be open for dinner on Friday. Having worked in the restaurant business for thirty years I know how fluid these things can be so they might want to push the date if they feel they are not ready.
