Hi,

Does anyone know where I can find salmon jerky in Montreal? I'd like to send some to an asian friend of mine in Hong Kong. I think The Bay use to sell some a while back, but due to poor sales discontinued the item. BTW, in case you're wondering why The Bay would have it, they trot it and mayple syrup out to the tourists every summer.

When I went to Vancouver two years ago, Salmon Village, a store specializing in salmon, of course, had lovely salmon jerky.

Saum-mom on Mont-Royal certainly has it, though the ever-reliable Haldane says it's not a very good rendition.
