I was kinda stupified how much bashing the guy who who use lobster in his cabbage roll put up with and how uneducated we all are on nutrition. My local lobster place has a sign up that states "Did you know that lobster has less choleterol than chicken?" Well after that show I did a quick search and lo and behold they seem to be correct. 3oz. of lobster meat = 61mg. cholesterol, 1/2 chicken breast w/o skin = 73mg. I realize this is not a 1:1 comparison of quantity, but the comparison does seem to be roughly equal.
