Does anyone know of a restaurant (Italian or Mexican) that serves zucchini blossoms. They're in season right now and for sale at Bishop's but I'm curious if any of the local restaurants are making use of them.
Foster's Restaurant (www.fostersrestaurant.com) appears to serve some zucchini blossom concoction, described as "zucchini blossoms, shrimp salmon mousse, Meyer lemon glaze."
I woupld call Guilford Bistro an see if they are featuring them. They are very accomodating they may make them for you if you call ahead. (corner of 77/route1)
Thanks folks, thanks for your help.
Here's a link to the Advocate story I wrote on blossoms (indeed, Foster's has them), in case anyone is interested.
