Recipes for 11x7

I know this is a VERY broad question but what is everyone's favorite thing to make in their 11x7 baking pans? I just bought 2 at Marshalls--one metal and one glass. I'm an experienced cook and have a gazillion gadgets but it has taken me until now (just turned 30) to buy this size dish.

So if you can think of anything off the top of your head or have a really great recipe to share I would appreciate it.

Chocolate Scotcheroos

1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
6 cups Special K cereal
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips

Bring the corn syrup and sugar to a boil in a 3 qt. saucepan then remove from heat. Stir in the peanut butter and cereal. Press into the greased pan and let it stand until it's firm. Then melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chiops in a double boiler and spread over the peanut butter mixture. I usually chill them before cutting.
