This was a really interesting article, and so simple. Now I am curious.
Saw this too, and now i"m dying to try it. I think my exact words to my SO after I put down the magazine: "I need to make my own butter."
I remember using a wooden churn as a small child to make butter. Later my grandmother used a glass jar with beaters inside. I did not appreciate real butter then. I wanted to have oleo, so much fun squeezing the color into it.
I think we will be making butter again soon.
