WOW...delicious brownies!

I just made brownies and WOW are they good. I used an old recipe but cut the sugar, doubled the dark choc, and added fresh cherries and coconut. DELICIOUS and not too sweet.

Here's my version:
Preheat over to 350. Grease square pan.

Use fresh cherries. Remove pits and chop up cherries, about one cup worth chopped.

Melt in a saucepan 5 OZ 72% or more dark organic chocolate, 2 tbs pure vanilla extract (none of that artificial stuff) and one stick butter. Stir constantly until melted. Set aside to cool slightly.

In another bowl, break two eggs and beat with 1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, and 1/2 cup rapadura cane sugar (or brown sugar).

Gradually beat in chocolate/butter and beat in 1/2 cup flour, then cherries.

Pour into pan and bake for 20 minutes.
