Years ago I would order the Yule Log from Cocolat at Stanford Shopping Center. Since then, I've eaten alot of Yule Logs and no one can hold a candle to their subtle yet chocolatey cake, light and airy whipped cream and adorable Christmas decorations. Any suggestions for the best tasting and best looking Yule Logs for Christmas parties this year?

What are some of your failed yule logs? The one I had from Bay Breads a few years ago was pretty awful. I'm always on the lookout for a good buche de Noel.

I'm thinking of seeing if Delassio has one. I heard Tartine sells them, but never tried those.
