Pho in Hayward for Lunch?
Would like to get a good bowl of pho for lunch in Hayward today? Started working here a few months ago, but haven't explored too much. Any good Vietnamese? Thanks

Hop Sinh 21101 Mission Blvd. Hayward
Several of my coworkers go to Hop Sinh for lunch and say the Pho is good.
Also TK Noodle is in Southland Mall I don't know if they serve Pho but have a large menu of soups.

Union City also have a lot of restaurants on Alvarado that serve Pho.

Hop Sinh is the BEST!! I was just going to post about it. I loved their Seafood Noodle Soup the best of all I have ever tasted and their pho is great too. Really nice people also. I used to work in Hayward and even though my job after Hayward was in the midst of many Vietnamese delis in San Jose, I missed Hop Sinh.
That is the place.

There is also pho anh or something like that on Mission. Across the street from the Mitsubishi dealership.

A new vietnamese restaurant-french-bakery is in the process of opening, at the corner of Mission and D Street in downtown Hayward, across the street from La Victoria's and the City Library. The owner is relocating her bakery (La Patisserie Francaise) from Main St. & A Street.
I had a fairly decent bowl of pho at her new place, and am looking forward to some banh mi sandwiches.
The waitress said the "grand opening" is scheduled for December 5, but they've been open for business since just before Thanksgiving.

Lee's Sandwhich (famous bah mi sandwich chain, not to be mistaken with the Lee Sandwich in SF downtown) is opening up a branch in Hayward on Jackson street. I believe it will be opening in spring of 2006 or earlier.

This is a new pho spot in Hayward. The beef broth is very hearty and aromatic. The menu also includes a variety of rice and noodle dishes that are sure to satisfy your appetite. Very affordable and portions are generous! The place is very clean and the service is super fast.
