We were in the Northwest recently and had Coconut Bliss - a coconut based ice cream made with agave syrup instead of sugar. They had great flavors like cardamom pistachio. Does anyone have a recipe for something similar?
For cardamom pistachio, it sounds like an Indian dessert called, I believe, kulfi. You might try googling on that, or looking at some Indian recipe sites.
