Italian Salami/Dried Sausage in Philadelphia?
I am a native New Yorker, now living in Central Jersey, who still makes regular trips to the Bronx to get my dried sausage/soppresatta/finnochiona at Mike's and Biancardi in the Bronx. Since I now live closer to Philadelphia, I was wondering if anyone out there could recommend a good Italian meat market in and around Philadelphia that has a good selection of high quality cured Italian meats. I have been to Di Bruno brother, and was very disappointed. Any recommendations?
