Italian Salami/Dried Sausage in Philadelphia?

I am a native New Yorker, now living in Central Jersey, who still makes regular trips to the Bronx to get my dried sausage/soppresatta/finnochiona at Mike's and Biancardi in the Bronx. Since I now live closer to Philadelphia, I was wondering if anyone out there could recommend a good Italian meat market in and around Philadelphia that has a good selection of high quality cured Italian meats. I have been to Di Bruno brother, and was very disappointed. Any recommendations?

  1. Claudio's House of Cheese, 1/2 block down from DiBrunos in the Italian Market, does sell a homemade soppresata that may impress you. Bon Appetito

    2. I am also looking for locally made coppa, copicola, guanciale, pancetta. Someplace similar to the places in the Bronx. I already know about D'Angelo's.

      1. Garces trading company makes some of their own charcuterie and has an impressive selection of imports.
