Birmingham - Post 10 PM eats

What are the places that serve food say past 10 PM that are not fast food? Lately if working late or during the process of moving, I have found myself not getting out to eat until like 9:30 or so. Or sometimes I just want a late(r) night (but not post bar eat-whatever-I-can-find) meal. Whether it be a great burger with rings, a steak frites, a filling salad or even a delicious bass, I don't have a clue where to go. Also a bonus if they serve beer or wine.
Please do not steer me to the Purple Onion. While I give them credit for the carved lamb off the spit and decent but runny tzatzikit, the rest of that "gyro" was pretty lame Tuesday night at 10 PM. The rings, while frozen, were not the worst I have had. And hush your mouth about Milo's - I don't get it.
Had a pretty tasty burger at OT's last night. Cooked well past the requested medium rare, but still juicy with bacon and cheddar. I think the taste is helped by the huge slather of mayo on the bun (speaking of which, the burger was served on a hoagie type roll, is this typical?) which might have also been buttered pre-grilling. Heart attack candidate but good.
Many of the area restaurants serve until 11:00 Friday & Saturday. However, if you're looking for eats after 10 pm during the week . . . well, you're gonna be pretty limited. I have a friend that works downtown and occasionally goes to Metro Bistro around 10. However, he has to eat at the bar. Not fancy fare, but not barfood either.
The Summit is probably your best bet for variety after 10 during the week. I'm fairly sure that P.F. Chang's & Cheesecake Factory serve past that time. I know for a fact that the Tavern on the top level of the Summit serves past 10 pm (not to be confused with the Tavern on the bottom level of the Summit). You might want to check the California Pizza Kitchen too.
