comments on my list of napa valley restaurants
I am looking for the best tasting food. Its OK if its expensive but I have a big appetitie and do want to walk out hungry after spending $100 a person or more.
Thanks and any other suggestions appreciated!

You may want to list your "givens," otherwise you're likely to get a lot of suggestions about restaurants you're already planning on going to.
We had a poor experience at Bouchon, but clearly many people loved it. Our experience was a combination of really abysmal service and a few food items that just didn't have it (ie, over cooked, over salted, brought far too late to do any good - both service and food quality in that instance). So, we won't go back though, as I note, we're clearly in the minority on that.
