I think that 3 Square in Venice tries to use mostly organic.

Bulan Thai on Melrose is totally vegetarian/vegan, and really great food.

There's also Vegan Glory on Beverly Blvd., which is also vegan Thai, and mostly organic.

I just had my first meal at Vegan Glory today. I'm not veg, but sometimes I just have to have a nice clean meal. It was perfectly nice. I had pad thai with soy shrimp that were really tasty. The side of brown rice seemed to add a bit of carb/starch overload, but the sauce and the noodles were really nice. What was really good was the soup starter - a simple broth with simple veggies that I wolfed down. Not in what I would know to be a Thai style per se, but I drank every sublime drop down. Very nice experience, indeed. Next time, I think I shall indulge in the fresh coconut milk that my neighbors were drinking - looked like fun.
