Looking for Asian cooking lessons in NYC (Manhattan ideally)
I am a Vietnamese and Thai food fanatic--and I am getting ready for a spell out of NYC. Want to see f I can make this stuff myself, but not very good with recipies and cookbooks. Does anyone know of a person who offers cooking lessons in this kind of food? Thank you.
