Cocktails with Cassis?

I just got some delicious Creme de Cassis in Ile d'Orleans, Quebec.
Apart from Kir/Royale, what are your favorite drinks with cassis?

Here's one I adapted from the Canton on drinkboy.com. I call it Canton de Quebec:
1.5 oz rum
1/4 oz Luxardo Maraschino liquer
1/4 oz Cointreau
dash Creme de Cassis
shake, strain and serve up.

Ever try cooking with cassis? I love it on rack of lamb especially.

We used to call this one "Wednesday's Lemon Drop"

Ketel One Citron
fresh lemon juice to taste
Sugared rim
Drop in about 10 drops or so of cassis after shaking vodka/lemon juice and it will look like a jewel

All that is a Grape Crush shot with Cassis substituted for Chambord minu the Sprite/7-Up.

Anyone who went to dance clubs in the 90's would probably enjoy it!

2 oz silver tequilla
1 oz house made (or other spicy jamican ginger beer)
3/4 oz lime (or lemon)
3/4 oz cassis

shake, serve in rocks glass
