Hungarian/German Meat Market?
I'd like to make cigany szalonna (Hungarian dirty bread/Gypsy bacon), so I'm looking for some Hungarian bacon--Basically pork fatback that's smoked and spiced with paprika. Does anyone have ideas on where I can get this? Also, I'd be happy if I could just find pork fatback (not salt pork) somewhere.
