Hungarian/German Meat Market?

I'd like to make cigany szalonna (Hungarian dirty bread/Gypsy bacon), so I'm looking for some Hungarian bacon--Basically pork fatback that's smoked and spiced with paprika. Does anyone have ideas on where I can get this? Also, I'd be happy if I could just find pork fatback (not salt pork) somewhere.

In case you are wondering, this is how szalonna is made... It is much tastier than it sounds:

  1. I'm sorry I don't have any sources for you, but maybe you can ask the folks at European Bistro in Pflugerville. Not only do they serve Hungarian food, but the owner used to have (and I think still does) catering of Hungarian and other European delicacies.
