Great places for Veggies in Montreal

Hey,

I am going to Montreal in August and am looking for wonderful places to bring vegetarians. I am not looking for some hippie-dippie organic fest. Instead, respectful joints that have some stellar veggie items on the menu. I am going with a mixed crowd, so some will want to order meat.

Well, organic isn't necessarily hippie-dippie and mushy brown rice...
