Oriental Manor Empty!?
I went to Oriental Manor (Ellicott City) on Friday at approx 9:30PM to satisfy a thai iced tea craving, and they were absolutely empty. I had read good things about it here and was very surprised to find it completely empty on a Friday evening. Has their quality gone down? I read a post complaining about their service recently.

was it empty as in closed or empty as in nobody there?
it's really a dim sum place, probably doesn't get a huge dinner crowd (maybe they get more take-out).

empty as in nobody there. it was open, but empty. they stay open until 1AM it seems, i was handed a late night menu of sorts. just found it odd and creepy, if you know what i mean.
